Petalium is worked in a multi-toned silk jacquard, its abstract print moving between blush, terracotta, rust, and deep umber like a watercolor left to bleed. The fabric is double-sided, so the same richness shows through from either face. Cut in a T-shape with a dropped shoulder and wide, draping sleeves, the abaya opens into a soft V at the neck, framed by a slim black piped edge. A twisting maroon cord embroidery winds around each cuff — the design's one deliberate flourish — echoed again along a matching brown sheila trimmed in the same cord. Side slits add ease of movement to the flowing shape.
