Delara reads as plain charcoal-black from a distance, but it isn't — fine threads of glitter run through the fabric, invisible until the light catches them and the whole coat flickers. The front is left open with no closure at all; instead, two beaded tassels in red, black, white, and burgundy hang at the chest, doing the work of ornament rather than function. The attached sheila carries the same glitter in a bolder register — thicker lines, a louder shine — a brighter echo of the coat's own quiet sparkle. Side slits complete the piece.
