Brand & Marketing
Manage and grow social media presence across TikTok, Snapchat, and Instagram
Organise and manage pop-up events from planning through to execution
Attend and represent the brand at all pop-ups
Attend all photoshoots and assist with creative direction
Assist with design work as needed
Operations
Prepare and manage all DHL shipments
Manage stock levels and inventory
Oversee accounting: track monthly sales and expenses
Manage the inbox and respond to all email correspondence
Responsible for all the orders and supervising the operations team.
People & Vendor Management
Oversee tailors' work, ensuring fast turnaround without compromising quality
Manage sales assistants, upholding a luxury, professional standard of customer service
Liaise with external & internal stakeholders including sales ladies, photographers, vendors, etc.
Requirements:
A degree in Fashion Design or Textiles is required
Strong background in fashion, with a genuine understanding of design and garment construction
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, including event planning
Experience in social media management and content creation
Comfortable using digital tools & platforms
Confident communicator, both internally and with external partners
A keen eye for design and brand consistency
Previous experience in fashion, retail, or a similar luxury brand environment preferred
